    Havre High School Assistant Principal Kipp Lewis is the latest in a long list of school district employees to depart, most of whom have retired, from Havre public school following the 2015-2016 school year. The Frenchtown High School Facebook page announced June 7 that Lewis, who had been the assistant principal at Havre High for six years, will be welcoming Lewis as its new assistant principal and athletic director. Lewis will be moving back, with his wife and three children, near Hamilton, where he was born and raised....

    Local drug dealer Kenneth S. Gardipee received a five-year suspended sentence with the Department of Corrections and was ordered to pay nearly $2,500 in fines, in accordance with a plea deal, after pleading guilty to three counts of drug distribution charges.
