  • Blaine County Fair looks at building indoor arena

    The Blaine County Fair Foundation was started at the end of last year to support the county fair and to make improvements on the grounds, including building an indoor arena for use all year round, a representative of the foundation said.   • City looks to replace sewer vacuum truck

    The city has closed the bidding process for a new sewer vac combination truck, Havre Public Works Director Dave Peterson said. He said the city began accepting bids about two or three weeks ago andthat ended Tuesday. Peterson said the truck is used to clean sewer lines, work on water breaks and dig in areas where larger equipment can’t be used because of the presence of gas lines or fiber optic cables.
