    Property assessments upon which taxes will be based for the next two years were mailed out in Hill County last week, and some property owners have expressed opinions ranging from concern to outrage. Dave Swallow of Center Drive was shocked to find that his property value rose 52.4 percent while most of his neighbors saw increases of less than 20 percent. Brown, the youth who is charged with stabbing three college students in their Havre apartment building, has admitted an unrelated charge in Youth District Court, the equivalent of pleading guilty in an adult court. Juveniles don't plead guilty, but Brown admitted to sexual intercourse without consent.     Call-in registration for the Jerod Reed Coffee Memorial Bull Riding is Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is set for Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Rodeo Arena at Box Elder. The competition pool is limited to 40 bull riders. Along with $10,000 in added payouts, prizes will include Pendleton jackets, Pendleton suitcases and chaps.     Call-in registration for the Rocky Boy Kid’s Rodeo is 5 to 9 p.m. today. The rodeo, which is set for Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Rodeo Arena at Box Elder, is open to all youths through 18 years of age. Each event has an added purse.
