    Water service in the Parker School area on the east side of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation has been restored, after low groundwater levels caused three households to temporarily lose access to running water. Chippewa Cree Tribal Water Resources Director Dustin White said Tuesday that water service has since been restored to all households in the affected area.     From Montana Community Foundation HELENA — The Montana Community Foundation announced the opening of a grant cycle to benefit communities and residents of Blaine County. Grants will be made from the Blaine County Community Foundation Fund, established at MCF by Warren Ross in 1997. Financial support for this grant program also comes from the Ross 87 Ranch Endowment Fund, established by Warren Ross as well.
