    An Amber Alert has been issued for Sandy Moore, a 16-year-old mentally delayed girl, who is believed to have been abducted from her Sheridan home overnight. She is 5 foot, 7 inches, weighs 116 pounds and wear glass. She is wearing a white shirt with black short leaves and jeans. The suspect is Rodney Lee Zahn, 5 feet, 5 inches, with short black hair.     The sexual assault case against Jed Damson, who is accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl with a developmental disability, continued Tuesday as attorneys for the prosecution called six witnesses to the stand, among them the alleged victim and her mother.     The Chouteau County Sheriff’s Department has released the name of a man killed Monday afternoon in a vehicle rollover on Montana Secondary Highway 432 as Scott Wayne Riggs. Riggs, 47, of Missoula, was driving his GMC pickup west on the highway at 5:30 p.m. when it went off the right side of the road at the 15.6 mile mark. Montana Highway Patrol said Riggs tried to re-enter the road but over corrected sending the vehicle into a ditch on the left side of the road.
