Havre Daily News staff The Hill County Sheriff’s office confirmed today that the body of a 19-year-old Havre man was recovered from Fresno Reservoir after people called 911 Monday at 2:21 p.m. to report a friend had gone under water and had not surfaced. Hill County Search and Rescue divers found the body at 4:32 p.m., the sheriff’s office said in a press release. A new musical event being organized for Havre’s annual Festival Days celebration is looking for singers and musicians. Organizers will hold a drawing Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Town Square during the weekly Sounds on the Square Concert for a rock lotto.
