    A group of college-aged men and women will be traveling through Havre today on their bicycles on their way to help communities in need. Bike and Build is a program that rounds up people to travel as a group on routes around America. They work with grants and travel to communities they have approved as a recipient of their grant money to do things like build shelter homes, clinics and such.     Jude Sheppard, curator of the Blaine County Museum, has been named to the board of trustees of the Montana Historical Society. Gov. Steve Bullock named her to the post Friday. Chuck Johnson, a retired capitol bureau chief for Lee Newspapers, was also named to the historical society board.     There will be a lot less complaining going on in Havre Wednesday if Northern Montana Health Care has its way. The group that runs Northern Montana Hospital and its affiliates is asking its staffers to see if they can get through the day without whining. They have approached other businesses about joining in the effort to make the day complaint-free.     Aides to State Auditor Monica Lindeen, the state's insurance and securities commissioner, will be in Havre Tuesday and Wednesday to talk to people about concerns about damages caused by the July 4 hail and wind storm.
