    The Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line will express its appreciation to the Havre community and give visitors a tour of their new facilities Tuesday, Aug. 25, following the completion of the $1.7 million construction work on its building.     Students of the Havre Police Department's Citizen's Police Academy went out Saturday morning to the law enforcement gun range off 5th Avenue to shoot Glocks, shotguns and AR-15s. The police academy runs interested participants through what it's like to be a police officer. The course is every Wednesday, until Sept. 9.     Editor: Corey Lloyd, 17, of Havre, was awarded his Eagle rank Thursday, Aug. 13. Corey restored the Hidden Hallows campsite south of town in Beaver Creek Park. Several hours were spent removing overgrowth, laying cement pads, building shelters and picnic tables, constructing a new outhouse and building new fire pits for each of the three new camping areas.     The Montana Legislature took its sweet time in mandating the public school students be vaccinated against chickenpox. Every other state beat Montana to the punch. But all praise to the lawmakers for their quick turnaround this past session. They mandated that every student be immunized against the disease by Oct. 1.
