    A horror film shot in Havre this year has been released on the Internet for everyone's viewing pleasure. Jorge Olivo directed "The Last Departure" mostly on and around the Havre City-County Airport and the Bear Paw Mountains.     Gov. Steve Bullock will headline the Hill County Democratic Party’s annual Pasma-Peck dinner Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Eagles Club in Havre. The dinner, named in honor of former State Rep.     For years in the 1960s and ’70s, there was an Indian Center in Havre that served the Native population in Havre and the surrounding area. William Main of Fort Belknap Indian Reservation said members took advantage of the services when he was young. But in the 1980, the center folded.
