He grew up in Havre, during the Depression years. Dad had a special gift of mechanics and loved fishing and hunting with his dad and brother.     At a time of the year when additional food is most needed, Town Pump Foundation will match donations to the Havre Food Bank up to $7,500. It is part of the foundation's $500,000 in matching funds offered to food banks throughout their service area. “It basically means that if you donate $10, we get a total of $20,” said Lorna Bjerga, manager of the Havre Food Bank.
