Editor, The Hill County commissioners have put a 10 mill levy on the ballot. This levy is to be used on infrastructure and technology updates in the county. The county foresees many upgrade needs to the courthouse, detention center and the annex in the near future. This is the first levy request since 1986 when I-105 was voted in.
