    A man who was part of an altercation in which a caller reported a gun was fired on First Street in Havre and the window of a truck was broken with a baseball bat, injuring a 9-year-old in the vehicle, will spend three years on probation.     A local woman who pleaded guilty to embezzling thousands of dollars from Havre’s Bear Paw Credit Union, where she worked for more than a decade, received in state District Court in Havre Monday six years probation and was ordered to pay $96,000 in restitution. Peggy Teel, born in 1961, received a deferred imposition of sentence of six years, the maximum allowed for a deferred sentence, for felony theft by embezzlement by common scheme.     A man who kicked a nine-month-pregnant officer in the stomach while he was being held in the Hill County Detention Center last year was sentenced Monday in state District Court in Havre to five years in state custody.     Editor, The Hill County commissioners have put a 10 mill levy on the ballot. This levy is to be used on infrastructure and technology updates in the county. The county foresees many upgrade needs to the courthouse, detention center and the annex in the near future. This is the first levy request since 1986 when I-105 was voted in.
