    After two years of work, a committee has presented draft documents to the H.     Chancellor James Limbaugh introduced the newly renovated tennis courts at Montana State University-Northern Friday to a crowd of onlookers before cutting a ribbon with other Havre notables to deem the courts open for use.   • Sustainability Committee takes recycling forward

    Joe Vernon, the sustainability coordinator at Montana State University-Northern, has taken the recycling program to an advanced level. "I work with a couple of other students," Vernon said. "One is doing it for his volunteer hours for a class, and the other two are doing it as a work-study." Vernon said his team works with a few recycling agencies from around Havre. (AP) — Some 212 people in Montana signed up for health insurance in the first month of the U.S. government-run online marketplace that has been plagued by technical problems, federal officials said Wednesday.     Louise May Simonson Loegering, 86, passed away on Nov. 6, 2013, at Northern Montana Care Center of natural causes. Cremation has taken place, and the family will hold a memorial service in Minnesota at a later date. Louise was born May 11, 1927, in Parkers Prairie, Minn., to Arthur and Ella (Barker) Simonson.     The Havre School Board voted unanimously Tuesday to move forward with bonds to fund the projects at Sunnyside Intermediate School and Havre High School that voters recently approved. The board also voted in favor of allowing a glee club to be formed at the high school. “The glee club is a group for those students who want to combine singing and dancing,” Havre High School Principal Craig Mueller said.
