    United Way of Hill County is in the middle of its annual three-month fundraising campaign and a spokesperson said the goal this year is to raise more money than last year.     Montana Actors' Theatre will host a 24-Hour Play Festival Friday night and Saturday in which five groups selected by drawing will develop and later perform their own short plays.
