    David Hopf, 46. of Havre, fired a single shot from a high-calibre weapon through the rear window of a car on 2nd St., Saturday night. Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said Monday night. The bullet narrowly missed the driver of the car and exited from the front windshield, the chief said. Hopf is being held without bail in the Hill County Detention Center, facing charges of attempted deliberate homicide.     A man was in the Hill County jail this morning being held on suspicion of attempted murder, but details of his arrest were not available by printing deadline this morning. The Hill County Detention Center inmate population listed Doug Hopf, 46, of Havre as being held without bond for the Havre Police Department on pending charges of attempted deliberate homicide.     It was a cold weekend, but Havre made it through. Outdoor events, such as the inaugural Santa Run took place this past weekend, despite the temperatures dipping down to a low of minus 9 degrees.     The speed limits on Montana Interstate highways would rise from 75 mph to 85 mph and state two-lane roads would go up from 75 mph to 80 mph under a bill sponsored by state Sen.
