    Havre City Council has once again called on the U.S. and Canadian governments to extend hours at the Port of Wild Horse. The resolution says that extending hours would be good for area residents who are interested in traveling back and forth and would be beneficial for the economies on both sides of the border.     David Hopf, 46, of Havre, fired a single shot from a high-calibre weapon through the rear window of a car on 2nd St., Saturday night, Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said Monday night. The bullet narrowly missed the driver of the car and exited from the front windshield, the chief said.
