    Havre Daily News staff Chronic wasting disease now has been found in a deer harvested in north-central Montana, Fish, Wildlife and Parks said in a release this afternoon.     Current and incoming Havre City Council members and members of the public discussed Monday why they think a proposed mill levy that would have covered the cost of redoing some of the city’s streets failed.
