    A state district judge sentenced a Havre man to five years with The state Department of Corrections for leading officers on a reckless pursuit that reached 100 miles per hour and almost ran someone over.     KHEW 88.5 FM, the radio station at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, has had its FM signal restored after it was temporarily lost Tuesday. Wade Cauliflower, the station manager, said in a Facebook instant message conversation, the signal was restored today after the station’s antenna was readjusted and the transmitter’s computer reset.
