    Havre’s Bullhook Community Health Center has been given $11,593 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to expand quality improvement. Cindy Smith, executive director at the Bullhook Community Health Center said that her health center was awarded money because it had demonstrated improvements in the facility.     With Christmas approaching, the annual living Nativity scene is coming up. This will be held Saturday at the Van Orsdel Methodist Church.     From FSA Hill County USDA Farm Service Agency is approved to implement the Emergency Conservation Program to address damages caused by wildfires. ECP is a cost share program that assists producers with the cost of recovery activities required to restore the agricultural land to pre-disaster conditions.
