    Ken Blatt St. Marks, the elected chair of the Chippewa Cree Business Committee, said the temporary restraining order that kept him 500 feet away from the tribal offices was lifted after he had a tribal court hearing Tuesday. “They threw out the (temporary restraining order),” St. Marks said. “They said there was no evidence.” St. Marks said that he thinks that though he is allowed to go back to the tribal offices, board members will still have him arrested if he does so.
