    A state District Judge Christmas Eve issued a warrant for the arrest of former Montana State University-Northern recruiter and former standout athlete accused of selling drugs in Havre. The Hill County Attorney requested the warrant be issued for the arrest of Joe C. Simpson II, born in 1990, saying he boarded a plane 6 a.m. Tuesday in Great Falls scheduled to fly to Salt Lake City.     People were coming in at a pretty good clip Wednesday to the annual Community Christmas Dinner at the Eagles Club. People lined up so Scott Froehlich could serve them turkey while Dennis Keller served up mashed potatoes.
