    Press release District 4 Human Resources Development Council announced Thursday afternoon that the HRDC offices will be closed today, Dec. 22, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The offices will also be closed Monday, Dec. 25, through Jan. 1, 2024, -January 1st and will be reopening Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
