Friday, June 23

Relay for Life event, Havre High School, dinner at 5:30 p.m., walk 6 p.m. to midnight.

Block Party at Havre-Hill County Library, 10 a.m. - noon. This summer-long weekly activity is a time for the kids to play with blocks, Legos and other fun activities. Free and open to the public.

Saturday, June 24

SUPFest, stand-up paddleboard games, prizes, entertainment and overnight campout, Community Effort Pavilion at Beaver Creek Reservoir. Games, 1 - 5:30 p.m., dinner 5:30 - 7 p.m., camping all night and SUP yoga in the morning. Boards, paddles and life vests provided for the weekend for those without. Cost is $20 for event, dinner, camping and equipment if needed.

Summer Speaker Series with the H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum, 1 p.m., at museum. Bozeman author James C. Simmons will feature Long George Francis in a reading, signing and Q-A session. Refreshments served. Free and open to the public. For more info, call 265-4000.

Monday, June 26

Kids MAT Summer Theatre Camp, Box Elder, through June 29, for children K-8th grade, who will create their own story, set and costumes. Daily 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., with a last-day performance, 7 p.m. Registration $50 for the first child and $30 for each additional family member. Tuesday, June 27

Hill County Democrats, 7:30 p.m., Havre Eagles Club.

Summer Matinee, 3 p.m., showing "Finding Dory" as part of Havre-Hill County Library Summer Reading Program. Free and open to the public.

Kicks @ 6, featuring a tribute to Southern Rock, 6 p.m., Pepin Park gazebo. Free and people are welcome to bring a picnic supper.

Wednesday, June 28

Books and Babies, 10:15 a.m., Havre-Hill County Library. Free, and public is welcome.

Story Time, 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Havre-Hill County Library. Activities will be up-cycle origami and puzzle contests. Free, and public is welcome.

Thursday, June 29

Popcorn and a Movie, 7 p.m., showing "20th Century Women," Havre-Hill County Library. Popcorn provided. Free and open to the public.

Havre Jr. Rodeo Entries will be taken noon - 8 p.m. by calling 395-4441. A variety of events open to youth ages 4-18. No late entries will be accepted. Jr. Rodeo will be July 19, 5 p.m., Great Northern Fairgrounds.

I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.

HPS Education Foundation hosting the annual HOLIDAY HOOPS Blue Pony alumni basketball games on Friday December 27th at the Havre Middle School. First game at 6:30pm. Players contact Tony at 390-6178 or Grayson at Master Sports. Fun for the whole family!
