Ponies swim in Great Falls

For the third time this season, the Havre High boys and girls swim teams will take to the water against the powerful Great Falls High Bison and CMR Rustlers.

But each time the Ponies do so, it only serves to make them better because the Bison and Rustlers are two of the top swim programs in the state of Montana.

On Saturday, HHS will be in Great Falls for a dual meet against GFH and CMR. Havre already swam head-to-head against the Bison and Rustlers during last month's Havre Invite and Great Falls Invitational.

But when the Ponies jump in the Bison Fieldhouse Pool this weekend, it will be to continue to prepare for the upcoming All-Class State Swim Meet, which is just four weeks away. The Ponies have just three total meets left in the regular season. Next up for HHS will be the prestigious Missoula Invitational. Havre has just three total meets left before the state meet Feb. 10-11 back in Great Falls.

Saturday's dual meet between Havre, GFH and CMR will get underway at 12 p.m. at the Bison Fieldhouse Pool in Great Falls.
