Havre Police Department

The Havre Police Department dispatch log for Friday morning through Sunday morning was not received until after deadline Monday. The information is included today.

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 8:05 a.m. Friday officers issued a summons to a 34-year-old Chinook man for driving a vehicle with an expired registration.

A 20-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested for violation of conditions of release Friday at 8:08 a.m. at the police station.

A caller reported Friday at 10:15 a.m. that people were vandalizing structures at Pepin Park, and officers investigated the incident.

———

A Havre area caller reported fraud activity Friday at 11:02 a.m. Officers investigated the complaint.

———

Officers investigated a report made Friday at 2:13 p.m. about child neglect.

———

A 5th Street caller reported Friday at 8:33 p.m. a possible break-in. Officers investigated.

———

After a caller at a 1st Street establishment reported a man passed out next to the building at 8:53 p.m. Friday, officers arrested a 27-year-old Havre man for disorderly conduct.

An officer, flagged down for assistance Friday at 11:08 p.m. at a 1st Street West establishment, arrested a 21-year-old Rocky Boy man for criminal trespass to property.

Officers called to a 1st Street West establishment for a disturbance Saturday at 12:51 a.m. arrested a 31-year-old Box Elder man for disorderly conduct and issued a summons to a 28-year-old Box elder man for disorderly conduct.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported from a 7th Street home Saturday at 10:06 a.m.

A 21-year-old Box Elder woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was issued a summons for violation of conditions of release Saturday at 1:02 p.m.

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 1:10 p.m. that a home on Boulevard Avenue had been "trashed."

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 1:12 p.m. that a rock was thrown through a shed window on Kober Drive.

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 3:58 p.m. that a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue had been broken into.

After a caller at a 1st Street business reported suspicious activity Saturday at 6:01 p.m ., responding officers arrested a 52-year-old Hays man for disorderly conduct.

———

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 8:39 p.m ., and officers arrested a 43-year-old Havre man for theft by shoplifting.

———

After a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 12:06 a.m. catching and restraining a person trying to break into a vehicle, responding officers arrested a 30-year-old Havre man for criminal trespass to vehicles.

An officers investigated suspicious activity at a 1st Street West establishment Sunday at 1:11 a.m. and arrested a 20-year-old Box Elder man on a Justice or City court warrant and for minor in possession.

———

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 2:55 p.m. of items missing from an 11th Avenue home.

———

Officers investigated a complaint made Monday at 4:57 p.m. of a dog having been assaulted over the weekend.

———

After a 1st Street caller reported an assault Monday at 6:27 p.m ., officers made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

———

Officers, responding to a report of two men arguing at a 3rd Street location Monday at 9:25 p.m ., arrested the caller for criminal endangerment and discharge of a firearm within city limits.

———

Officers called to a domestic disturbance at 5th Avenue and 3rd Street Monday at 11:22 p.m. arrested a 62-year-old man for partner or family member assault.

———

Responding to a complaint Monday at 11:31 p.m. of a party with juveniles at a Centurian Street residence, officers made five arrests, but no further information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Monday at 8:21 a.m. of workplace harassment at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

———

Monday at 10:09 a.m. deputies investigated a theft reported from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

———

A caller north of Havre reported suspicious activity Monday at 11:53 a.m ., and deputies investigated the issue.

Havre Fire Department

Fire department personnel responded to one medical call and one report of a gas smell Monday.
