Havre Police Department

Officers serving a warrant Friday at 12:30 p.m. at the police department arrested a 23-year-old Havre woman on a Justice or City court warrant.

An officer serving a warrant on 15th Avenue Friday at 1:42 p.m. arrested a 30-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant.

During a motor vehicle stop on 3rd Street at 2:18 p.m Friday, an officer arrested a 29-year-old Rocky Boy woman for driving without a driver's license and on a state District Court warrant.

Officers were called to pick up "contraband" at Northern Montana Hospital Friday at 2:40 p.m.

A 3rd Avenue West caller reported a trespasser Friday at 5:45 p.m., and officers arrested a 28-year-old Alaska man for criminal trespass to property and resisting arrest.

Friday at 6:04 p.m. a caller at a 1st Street business reported a trespasser threatening employees, and responding officers arrested a 33-year-old Havre man for criminal trespass to property.

A caller on 8th Avenue reported a dog bite at 6:30 p.m. Friday, and responding officers issued a summons to a 27-year-old Havre man for criminal contempt, vicious dog — city, dog at large city, and one "other" charge

A caller reported Friday at 6:51 p.m. that a man had approached an 8th Avenue residents and stole some items, officers arrested a 41-year-old Box Elder man on charges of theft, all others and disorderly conduct.

At 9:18 p.m. Friday officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Bullhook Road.

———

After a caller reported an assault at a 1st Street residence Friday at 10:09 p.m., responding officers arrested a 24-year-old Box Elder man for partner or family member assault and a 25-year-old Box Elder man on a state District Court warrant.

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West Saturday at 1:43 a.m., an officer issued a summons to a 43-year-old Box Elder woman for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

A 43-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested for violation of conditions of release Saturday at 8:12 a.m.

Officers investigated Saturday at 10:18 a.m. a car that was keyed at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated a stolen wallet reported at 11:31 a.m. Saturday.

Officers called to a 1st Street business Saturday at 11:52 a.m. arrested a 57-year-old man for violation of conditions of release.

After a report of a disturbance Saturday at 9:04 p.m. on 3rd Street officers arrested a 26-year-old Box Elder woman for possession of dangerous drugs, partner or family member assault and resisting arrest.

Officers investigated a report of a pile of leaves on fire at a 9th Street West church at 10:34 p.m. Saturday.

Officers issued a summons for criminal contempt to a 15-year-old Have girl Saturday at 10:52 p.m. at Montana State University-Northern.

Officers serving a warrant at a 1st Street West establishment Sunday at 12:50 a.m. arrested a 44-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a two- vehicle crash on 10th Street Sunday at 7:48 a.m.

Officers investigated a woman hit by a car Sunday at 9:19 a.m. at a 1st Street business.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter Sunday at 2:30 p.m., and responding officers issued a summons for theft by shoplifting to a 17-year-old girl.

After a 3rd Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Sunday at 2:46 p.m., officers arrested a 21-year-old Havre man for partner or family member assault.

Sunday at 3:23 p.m. a caller reported a domestic disturbance in which a man was reported to have pulled a gun on several people on 11th Street and officers investigated the incident.

———

An 11th Street caller reported suspicious activity Sunday at 4:08 p.m. and officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 6:02 p.m. of a pickup truck vandalized on Lincoln Avenue.

———

Officers assisted with a request for help with a parenting plan issue Sunday at 8 p.m. on 15th Street West.

A 2nd Street caller reported at 3:18 a.m. Monday that his girlfriend had come "home drunk and started swinging at him," and responding officers arrested a the caller on a Justice or City court warrant.

———

A 21-year-old Box Elder woman was issued a summons Monday at 8:03 a.m. for violations related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

———

Officers were called from the FBI office Monday at 10 a.m. and asked to provide assistance.

———

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 2:47 p.m. at the police station of lost prescription medications.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 7:04 p.m. Monday on 3rd Street.

A 23-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested for criminal contempt Monday at 8:33 p.m. at the police station.

Today at 1:03 a.m. an officer investigating suspicious activity on 5th Avenue arrested a 49-year-old Box Elder man for violation of a protective order.

———

A caller at a 1st Street establishment requested assistance with a man passed out on a picnic table at 1:09 a.m. today, and officers arrested a 46-year-old Havre man for disorderly conduct.

———

During a motor vehicle stop on 13th Street West at 1:58 this morning, an officer arrested a 29-year-old Havre man on charges of driving under the influence and speeding.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Saturday at 12:24 p.m. of a 2nd Street North charity being broken into.

———

Deputies were called to Rocky Boy Police Department Monday at 3:29 p.m. to transport a 30-year-old Box Elder woman arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and a 41-year-old Box Elder man arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

———

After a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a disturbance Monday at 10:34 p.m., and responding deputies arrested a 39-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant and two counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to 16 medical calls over the weekend and fire crews looked into one smoke call and responded to a small leaf fire discovered in a parking lot on the 900 Block of 9th Street. They doused the leaf fire and could not determine the source of the ignition.

Emergency medical crews also responded to seven more requests for medical assistance overnight.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a female black and white Labrador-mix puppy, a male black and tan cat and a female black and white husky.
