Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report Thursday at 6:33 a.m. of a wallet stolen from a truck on Wilson Avenue.

A Washington Avenue caller at 7:17 a.m. Thursday reported find a wallet, and officers returned it to the owner.

———

Officers investigated a report Thursday at 7:20 a.m. of a knife and change missing from a vehicle on 11th Street West.

———

Officers investigated a report Thursday at 8:09 a.m. of two vehicles broken into during the night and a purse taken from one of the vehicles.

———

A caller at a 1st Street location reported a fight involving five people in progress at 9:38 a.m. Thursday, and responding officers arrested a 47-year-old Havre woman for attempted homicide and partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 4th Street at 5:18 p.m. Thursday.

———

After an 11th Street West caller reported a fight in progress at 6:38 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 46-year-old Box Elder man for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct and on a state District Court warrant.

———

Starting at 10 p.m. Thursday until just past midnight, officers received several reports of fireworks being let off within city limits, but were unable to find any of the sources of the noises.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies, called to assist another agency Thursday at 9:46 a.m., arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia a 47-year-old Havre woman who had just received two charges from the police department.

Deputies were called to transport a person from District Court to Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 4:03 p.m., and they made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

———

Thursday at 6:27 p.m. at a 1st Street business, deputies served a state District Court warrant on a 25-year-old man.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to one medical call overnight. Fire crews went on three calls that turned out to be false alarms.
