Havre Police Department

After a caller reported Friday at 6:37 a.m. a door at a 1st Street business vandalized, officers investigated the incident.

A 17-year-old boy in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Friday at 8 a.m. at the police station.

Officers served a Justice or City court warrant to a 23-year-old Box Elder man at Northern Montana Hospital Friday at 10:41 a.m.

Officers investigated a unauthorized charges on an account reported Friday at 11:13 a.m. at the police station.

———

Officers investigated a found camera reported Friday at 12:01 p.m. from 5th Street.

———

Officers investigated a disturbance reported at 1:35 p.m. Friday at a 9th Avenue business.

———

Officers investigated a car with a window broken out of it reported Friday at 2:51 p.m. at the police station.

———

After a caller reported Friday at 4:22 p.m. a package stolen from a 2nd Street location, officers investigated the incident.

———

An officer investigated a report made Friday at 4:41 p.m. of a sex offense.

———

After a caller reported Friday at 5:28 p.m. near the 100 Block of 1st Street a driver threatening her father after he passed the driver's vehicle, investigating officers arrested a 19-year-old Havre man for disorderly conduct and criminal contempt.

A caller reported Friday at 6:18 p.m. a truck broken into on 2nd Street and tools stolen, and officers investigated the incident.

At 11:27 p.m. and 11:28 p.m. Friday officers stopped two drivers, one on U.S. Highway 2 East and the other on 24th Avenue, and the officers issued summonses for reckless driving and racing to each of the drivers, a 19-year-old Havre man and an 18-year-old Havre man.

After a caller reported from Washington Avenue at 11:34 p.m. Friday a family disturbance, responding officers arrested the caller, a 31-year-old Have woman, on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense reported Saturday at 12:40 a.m. from 2nd Avenue.

After a caller reported a possible party on 3rd Street Saturday at 1:57 a.m., officers issued summonses for minor in possession to a 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl. Officers also arrested an 18-year-old Havre girl for MIP, unlawful transactions with children and social host and a 19-year-old Box Elder man for MIP and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance reported Saturday at 1 p.m. from 5th Street.

Officers investigated a theft reported at the police station at 2:27 p.m. Saturday.

Officers were called Saturday at 3:05 p.m. to investigate a report of a window broken out of a vehicle on 2nd Street.

Saturday at 3:18 p.m. officers investigated a report of a domestic disturbance on 3rd Street.

Officers were called to 10th Street to investigate a domestic disturbance reported Sunday at 4:31 a.m.

Officers called to 18th Avenue Northeast about a bicycle theft Sunday at 3:11 p.m. issued a summons, but no further details were provided.

After a caller reported Sunday at 3:35 p.m. a man in her 5th Street yard scaring her children, officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a drug offense at the police station Sunday at 6:43 p.m.

Sunday at 10:26 p.m. officers investigated a report received from 17th Street West of a man out on conditions of release drinking in a red pickup.

After receiving a report of a beer theft from a 1st Street business at 11:06 p.m. Sunday, officers made three arrests, but no further details were provided.

A caller reported a disturbance and possible drunken driver at 12:23 a.m. today at a 1st Street establishment, and officers arrested a 27-year-old Scappoose, Ore., woman for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Officers called to a disturbance on Lincoln Avenue at 3:47 a.m. today issued a summons, but no further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

After receiving a request from Rocky Boy tribal court for a pickup and transport to Hill County Detention Center, deputies arrested a 21-year-old Box Elder man on a state District Court warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release.

A caller on Reservation Road reported stolen steel fence posts Friday at 11:17 a.m., and deputies investigated the incident.

Deputies were called Friday at 12:27 p.m. to investigate a violation of a no contact order reported at the detention center.

———

Deputies investigated a report of vandalism at a North Havre charity reported at 2:39 p.m. Friday.

———

After a 5th Street North caller requested assistance Saturday at 9:59 a.m., deputies arrested a 30-year-old Havre man for probation violation.

———

A 4th Street North caller reported a theft Sunday at 1:24 p.m., and at 2:03 p.m. deputies arrested a 32-year-old Havre woman on a Justice or City court warrant.

———

During a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Sunday at 7:43 p.m., a deputy arrested a 31-year-old Havre man on two state District Court warrants.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven ambulance calls over the weekend. Friday, fire crews responded to two calls. At 11:46 p.m. crews put out a grass fire the covered a small area on the 800 block of 14th Avenue. The cause of the fire is unknown. Crews also responded to a fire sprinkler activation at the Hill County Detention Center and discovered a broken sprinkler head had activated the alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a male black and gray cat, a male black and tan cat and a male tan, white and black beagle.
