Havre Police Department

Officers arrested a 23-year-old Havre man at the police station for criminal contempt due to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation after a complaint at 10:04 a.m. Friday.

A 22-year-old Havre woman was arrested after a 10:04 a.m. Friday motor vehicle stop on 3rd Avenue for a suspended or revoked driver’s license and outstanding court warrants.

Officers issued a summons to a 27-year-old Havre man after a 10:40 a.m. traffic stop on 3rd Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested a 22-year-old Havre woman on two misdemeanor warrants.

———

Officers arrested a 15-year-old boy after a 12:31 p.m. Friday disturbance call for a pick up and hold order, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage tobacco possession or consumption.

———

A summons was issued to a 20-year-old North Dakota man for possession of dangerous drugs after a 1:18 p.m. call from 1st Street about two transients who just got of the train.

A 44-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons after a motor vehicle stop at 2nd Street at 10:48 p.m. Friday for not having insurance.

After a 7:11 a.m. Saturday call about a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation, a 20-year-old Havre man was arrested for MIP, violation of conditions of release, criminal contempt and an outstanding city court warrant.

Officers investigated a 10:41 a.m. Saturday call from Lincoln Avenue about a truck that was broken into the night before.

At a motor vehicle stop at 3:06 p.m. Saturday on 1st Street West, officers arrested a 40-year-old Harlem woman for shoplifting and outstanding court warrants and issued a summons to a 20-year-old Harlem woman for shoplifting.

Officers investigated forged checks after a call at 3:57 p.m. Saturday.

Officers arrested a 32-year-old man at 3:29 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street for outstanding city court warrants and violation of conditions of release.

Officers investigated a 11:51 a.m. Sunday complaint about a man’s brother in his house when he was not supposed to be there.

A 2:15 p.m. Sunday report of a missing vehicle from 4th Street was investigated.

A 22-year-old Box Elder man was arrested on 3rd Street for outstanding state court warrants at 2:41 p.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a 3:13 p.m. call about theft of property from a 2nd Street residence.

A 53-year-old Hays man was arrested for disorderly conduct after a call from a 2nd Street residence 6:25 p.m. Sunday.

———

Officers investigated a 10:09 p.m. Sunday call about a possible assault of a child.

———

Officers investigated a 10:35 p.m. Sunday call about a suspicious male taking pictures of children.

———

A 46-year-old Havre man was arrested for partner or family member assault after a 11:09 p.m. Sunday call from a 10th Street residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

At 7:51 a.m. Friday, deputies arrested a 29-year-old Texas man on 1st Street West for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies investigated a 11:11 p.m. Friday call about a large party around 86th Avenue, where they issued summons to a 19-year-old girl and a 20-year-old girl for MIP and a summons to a 19-year-old man for obstructing a peace officer.

———

Deputies investigated two 2:39 p.m. Saturday calls about the theft of a wallet and electronic device at a U.S. Highway 2 business.

———

Deputies investigated a 3:39 p.m. Saturday call about the theft of a purse at a U.S. Highway 2 business.

———

At 12:57 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to assist border patrol agents at the Port of Wild Horse with a drunk driver, where two arrests were made.

———

Deputies investigated a 3:46 p.m. Sunday call about a vehicle found in the caller’s coulee.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel were called three times over the weekend and once this morning and at 10:27 p.m. Friday, emergency fire personnel investigated a fire alarm that had been set off on the 2300 Block of 5th Avenue. There was no fire or smoke and the fire alarm was repaired.
