A Rocky Boy man was sentenced to 33 months in federal prison for causing severe injuries to a 1-month-old baby.

According to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, St. Marks admitted to investigators that Jan. 1, 2013, he became frustrated when he could not soothe the infant he became frustrated and threw the baby at the end of the bed. The baby bounced off the end of the bed and landed on the linoleum, the release said.
