Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 10:01 a.m. Thursday call about a noninjury car crash on Montana Avenue.

An officer arrested a 27-year-old Box Elder man for Justice or City court warrants after been waved over at Pepin Park at 2:24 p.m. Thursday, where two people were arguing.

A 21-year-old Havre man and 21-year-old Havre woman were arrested for disorderly conduct after a 3:18 p.m. Thursday call about a couple yelling at each other on 10th Avenue.

A 53-year-old Helena man was arrested for aggravated assault, theft and disorderly conduct after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a 3rd Street business.

———

A 42-year-old Ft. Belknap man was arrested for disorderly conduct on West 1st Street after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:28 a.m. Friday.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:05 p.m. Thursday call about a theft from a 32nd Avenue business.

A sudden death was investigated by deputies at 8:26 p.m. Thursday on Main Street South.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel were called twice; once to the 100 Block of 3rd West Street at 11:51 a.m. Thursday and once to the 1200 Block of 10th West Street at 11:23 p.m. Thursday. Firefighter answered a call at 5:58 a.m. Friday about smoldering railroad ties at the 3600 block of U.S. Highway 2.
