Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:47 a.m. Monday complaint at the police department about a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A stolen pool cue was investigated after officers received a 3:01 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business.

Officers served a warrant at the police department for conditions violations at 7:37 p.m. Monday.

———

An 18-year-old Havre man was arrested for outstanding Justice or City court warrants and a 23-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a second offense of no insurance after officers investigated suspicious activity at a 1st Street business at 10:56 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls early today. Firefighters responded to a call made at 9:31 a.m. Mondayabout a gas smell on the 200 Block of 1st Street, where they found a leak at the gas meter behind the residence. NorthWestern Energy was called and they fixed the problem.

A girl was born to Christine Schilling and Victor Gone of Harlem on Sept. 23, 2013.
