Local Bowling Report: Jackpot bowling begins next Saturday

Ten Pin Chatter

With the Junior Leagues starting in the near future we are in needs of junior coaches. Anyone wanting to volunteer their services to help out for a couple hours on Sunday afternoons please call Hi Line Lanes.

Youth bowlers wishing to bowl in the U.S.B.C. program are urged to call and sign up. We will forward your names to the U.S.B.C. Association. Watch for further information on when the season will be beginning.

Upcoming events at Hi Line Lanes include Saturday Night Jackpot starting Oct. 26 at 8 p.m., Hi Line Lane Challenge Tournament, Saturday, Nov. 30., A No-tap 3-game Doubles Tournament (Young and Youngest) young being 44 and younger and youngest being 45 and older. Also, a Women’s City Association Tournament has been mentioned.

The State Senior is in its final weekend at Fat Cat Lanes in Laurel.

Watch for The Wheel coming to the lanes.
