CHINOOK — Chester Barnes, 91, passed away Oct. 24, 2013. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Chinook Alliance Church in Chinook. Arrangements have been made with Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
