Havre Police Department

During a motor vehicle stop on 17th Street at 3:12 p.m. Friday, Jorrell Jones, 19, of Chinook was issued a summons on charges driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle hit-and-run on 5th Street, reported at 5:55 p.m. Friday.

After a caller reported a missing teenaged daughter at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, officers issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations to the 16-year-old girl.

At 2:16 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to investigate a vandalism incident in which a kitchen window was broken with a brick at a 15th Avenue residence.

Officers provided assistance, at 3:11 a.m. Saturday at a 1st Street business, with a possibly intoxicated woman.

At 4:18 a.m. Saturday, officers provided assistance to another agency on 5th Street North.

At 8:51 a.m. Saturday, officers provided assistance to another agency on 6th Avenue.

Officers were called to a 3rd Street residence at 10:13 a.m. Saturday to investigate a broken window.

During a motor vehicle stop 10:18 a.m. Saturday on 1st Street an officer arrested Vicky Lynn Azure, 53, of Havre on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and probation violation.

A caller at a 1st Street West business reported a stolen phone at 2:09 p.m. Saturday. Officers investigated the incident.

At 4:12 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to investigate a noninjury vehicle accident at a 1st Street West business.

Officers were called to investigate the theft of two 24-cases of beer reported stolen from a 1st Street business at 8:55 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported Sunday at 12:02 a.m. seeing a man beating on a vehicle in the parking lot of a U.S. Highway 2 establishment, and officer investigated the incident.

Officers were called to a 1st Street West establishment at 12:03 a.m. Sunday and issued summonses on charges of minor in possession to Marvin James Cole, 18, of Havre and Baily Billidon Doney, 20, of Dodson.

Officers investigated Sunday at 1:14 a.m. a report of a man beating his wife at a 1st Street West establishment.

A participant in the 24/7 Sobriety Program, William Barney Lavenger Jr., 36, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release at 8:05 a.m. Sunday at the police station.

Officers investigating suspicious activity reported at 5:28 p.m. Sunday on 10th Street arrested Jason Richard Delorme, 33, of Havre on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and assault with a weapon.

Havre Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called to Box Elder Friday at 12:26 and issued a summons to a 15-year-old boy on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption.

After receiving a report of theft from a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 6:20 p.m., responding deputies made two arrests, but no further details were provided.

Deputies were called Friday at 9:24 p.m. to assist with a possibly intoxicated woman at a U.S. Highway 2 West business, and they arrested Cheryl Louise Henry, 39, of Havre on a charge of disorderly conduct.

During a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 1:48 a.m. Saturday, deputies arrested Marissa Lea Gardipee, 37, of Box Elder on charges of operating vehicle without valid registration, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance, first offense, and on a Justice or City court warrant. Also arrested was Leon James Houle, 27, of Box Elder on two Justice or City court warrants and on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of dangerous drugs.

Deputies called to a 5th Street North residence at 4:18 a.m. Saturday made an arrest, but no further information was made available.

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 called for animal control Sunday at 2:01 p.m. and officers investigated the incident.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel were called out on seven ambulance calls over the weekend. Fire crews responded to two calls. One call is detailed on the front page of today's paper; the other was a report of a natural gas smell at Havre High School at 2:24 p.m. Friday. Investigation revealed a minor leak in the boiler room where work had recently been done. NorthWestern Energy personnel and the contractor were called in to take care of the problem.

A girl was born Dec. 13, 2013, to Jasmine Stump and John Oxford Jr. of Box Elder.
