Tuesday, Aug. 23

Bullhook Blossoms Garden Club will meet at 1:15 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club to view the farm-to-table project. The club's regular meeting will convene at 2 p.m. at Helen Manaras' backyard. Vicki Niederegger and Michael Mary Hulett will be co-hostesses. The program will be Ron and Bev Bastin's yard.

The Hill County Democrats Pasma-Peck Dinner fundraiser with keynote speaker Gov. Steve Bullock starts in the Havre Eagles Club with a no-host mingler at 5:30 p.m. and dinner starting at 6:30 for $35 a person.

Auditions for "Evil Dead: The Musical," a Montana Actors' Theatre production, will be 7 p.m. at MSU-Northern's Little Theatre. Singing roles for four females and four males need to be filled. Auditioners will need to sing a song of their own choice.

Student School Supply Drive, sponsored by Tom LaFond State Farm, will be accepting donations of all types of school supplies through Aug. 30. All supplies will be donated to one or more Havre elementary schools, depending on the amount of donations, to be given to students in need. Drop off donations at the office at 327 3rd Street, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Havre Middle School registration for 2016-2017 will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kicks @ 6 with Sax Cadillac & the Other Brothers and Sistas will perform at Pepin Park at 6 p.m. The public is invited to the concert. Any donations will go to involve children with special needs in music. This week's theme is Surf's Up — Songs of the Beach Boys and the '60s.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

Havre Middle School registration for 2016-2017 will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Havre Community Pool will close at 9 p.m. for annual maintenance. The pool is planned to reopen in October.

Books and Babies is at 10:15 a.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Story Time is at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. The event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Thursday, Aug. 25

Outdoor Movie Night, sponsored by Northern Alumni Foundation, will be held at 9 p.m. in the Pershing Hall Courtyard. The feature film is "Back to the Future."

Citywide prayer will be 7 to 8 p.m. at Abundant Life Ministries, 405 6th St.

Dancing at the North Central Senior Center at 2 2nd St. W. begins at 7 p.m.

Lego Time and Robotics will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 265-2123.

Don't you have the Bullnanzacoming to your area soon? Sure can't find any info. on it and Havre/Hill County has a lot of cowboys.

I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.
