Wednesday, Dec. 17

Lincoln-McKinley Primary School second-grade classes of Mrs. Azure, Mrs. Bekker, Mrs. Tommerup and Mrs. Wilting will be having their Christmas program in the gym at 2 p.m.

Recycle Hi-Line will meet at 7 p.m. at the Hill County Electric Hospitality Room at 2121 U.S. Highway 2 NW.

Story Time is at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. The event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Tunes at Noon in the lower level of the Atrium Mall will feature live music presented by Mary Stevens.

The Hill County Conservation District Local Working Group meeting will be 4-5 p.m. at the Havre USDA Service Center, 206 25th Ave. W ., Suite 1.

Dancing at the North Central Senior Center at 2 2nd St. W. begins at 7 p.m.

Havre Ice Dome Open Skate is set for 5:45 to 7 p.m. Cost is $4, and rentals are available for $4.

Thursday, Dec. 18

"The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical" is showing at MSU-Northern's Little Theatre. Doors and backstage lounge open at 7:30 p.m. and the how begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and seniors, MSU-N students admitted free with valid ID. Tickets can be purchased at http://www.mtactors.com or at the door.

Lego Time will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 265-2123.

Havre-Hill County Library Movie Night will be showing a "It's a Wonderful Life" starting at 7 p.m. This event is free and open to the public, and the library provides popcorn.

Friday, Dec. 19

Pachyderm Club will meet for a no-host lunch at noon at the Duck Inn Antique Room. Guest speakers will be state Sen. Kris Hansen and Rep.-elect Stephanie Hess, who will be speaking about their respective committees in the upcoming legislative session. The public is welcome to attend.

Girls basketball registration deadline is this day. Forms are at the schools, Boys & Girls Club or  City Hall. For more information, call Carol at 399-1152.

A community hay ride, hosted by Havre-Hill County Library will be from 1 to 3 p.m. with caroling, cookies and hot apple cider. For more information, call 265-2123

Recycle Drive and E-Waste Collection will be accepting recyclable paper-based, metal, glass, plastic and electronic products from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Pacific Steel and Recycling the third Saturday of every month. I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.
