Havre Police Department

Ricky Johnson Jr., 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, wrong-way driving and driving without a driver's license during a motor vehicle stop made at 10:50 a.m. Monday on 1st Avenue.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Monday at 11:08 a.m. that his girlfriend's medication had been stolen from her vehicle while it had been parked Monday after her arrest Friday. Officers are investigating.

Officers investigated a report made at 1:47 p.m. Monday about criminal mischief, vandalism, at Havre High School.

Officers investigated a three-vehicle crash, in which one driver left the scene, at 5th Avenue and 3rd Street at 4:17 p.m. Monday.

After a sex offense was reported by an FBI agent at the police station Monday at 4:59 p.m., officers initiated an investigation.

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station Monday at 5:14 p.m. of a possible violation of a protective order.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 5:29 p.m. of a violation of a protective order at a Smithville Road residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Detention staff at Hill County Detention Center arrested Ricky Johnson Jr., 31, of Havre at 11:29 a.m. Monday on a charge of possession of less than 60 grams of marijuana.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls overnight and fire crews investigated a gas smell on the 0 Block of 3rd Avenue at 12:10 a.m. today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a male, black and white border collie puppy, a male white and tan border collie-mix dog and a male gray and white cat.

A girl was born Jan. 11, 2014, to Marisa Nicole Friede and Jeremy Scot Jones of Havre.
