The first meeting between the Havre Blue Ponies and the Rocky Boy Stars in boys basketball in more than two decades went to Rocky Boy. The Class B Stars defeated the Class A Ponies 66-50 Saturday night at the HHS gymnasium. In the girls game, the Ponies overwhelmed the Morning Stars, 69-44.

Brandy Lambourne scored 20 points, leading the HHS girls to their fourth straight win. In the boys game, Dane Warp poured in 28 points for Havre, while Cecil Lafromboise scored 21 for the Stars.
