A noninjury motor vehicle accident between a black Suburban and Monte Carlo was investigated after officers responded to an 8:24 a.m. Thursday call from Highland Park Early Primary School.
Carl John Morsette, 41, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer saw him at 4:15 p.m. Thursday at a 2nd Street business.
John Irvin Ironmaker, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 5:01 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street establishment about a man and woman who entered the establishment fighting.
Rainee Raylynn Wright, 20, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Kristi Lee Champine, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of being a habitual traffic offender, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after officers responded to a 5:09 p.m. Thursday call from 10th Street West about someone breaking into an apartment.
Michael George Martinez, 42, of Havre was arrested on charges of making a false report to law enforcement and assault after officers responded to a 6:30 p.m. Thursday call from Smithville Road request that a woman be removed.
Chantelle Marie Talksdifferent, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in posession after officers responded to a 10 p.m. Thursday call from the Northern Montana Hospital about a woman who needed a ride home.
George Theodore Sutherland, 45, of Civil was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 10:05 p.m. Thursday call from an 11th Street West business about a strange man hanging around the store.
Jessie Feltz, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal mischief after officers responded today to a 3:45 a.m. call from 10th Street about a fight with the calling party’s brother.
