Havre Police Department

Jeremy Lee Borst, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, failure to yield right of way exiting a private driveway and on two Justice or City court warrants after officers responded to a 9:37 a.m. Monday call from an alley between 1st Street West and 2nd Street West about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a white Toyota Camry and an Altima.

Officers investigated a 12:51 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about a problem with a check.

Officers investigated a 2:12 p.m. Monday call from Moin Street about the theft of four tires.

Priscilla Rae Strike, 26, of Havre was issued a summons for criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:01 p.m. at the police department.

A 9:16 p.m. Monday call from 16th Avenue about a man who came into a residence and threatened the calling party was investigated.

Officers investigated a 9:48 p.m. Monday call from 14th Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

An officers investigated a 12:13 a.m. Tuesday motor vehicle crash on 13th Street West where a vehicle slid off the road and hit a fence.

Garland Lee Manley, 49, of Harlem was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, a suspended or revoked driver’s license, careless driving, carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:58 a.m. Tuesday on 7th Avenue and 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

John Oats, 56, of Box Elder was served a state District Court warrant at 1:56 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Marita Lee Bear, 32, of Havre was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants, when she was transported from the Rocky Boy Police Department to the HCDC at 2:03 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one call this morning.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27, a tan and white male heeler-mix Feb. 3. and a black, white and tan male border collie-mix Feb. 3.
