Franny is Box Elder's superfan

Blurring the lines between fan and team assistant, one Box Elder sports fan has rarely missed a game for decades.

Franny Rosette has been going to Box Elder games for more than 20 years, according to her nephew, Tom.

Rosette was cheering on the Lady Bears in their game against Chinook Thursday afternoon as the team competed for the 9-C championship.

Rosette said she loves going to the games. She even helps the players get ready for them.

"I wash their uniforms and get them ready for games," Rosette said.

"You're the number one fan, huh, Franny?" Tom asked her.

Rosette said she is excited the Lady Bears made it this far in the finals. She said going to the games keeps her busy.

She also attends the boys basketball, football and volleyball games Box Elder competes in.

Franny is one of the most important people at the school. Her day starts with making coffee for the bus drivers, and before they come in at 6:00 in the orning she already has a couple load of laundrey going for the kids. She rides a bus route everyday, and then takes breakfast and lunch count. She subs for aides, and is a runer for the offices. She never misses any of the kids games. She is the consistency that the students need and employees come to love. The school & kids are lucky to have her
