Friday at 6:19 a.m., officer investigated a disturbance between neighbors at a 2nd Street Northeast location. The calling party reported that after a verbal disagreement, his neighbor took some pills and drove off.

Officers were called to assist Blaine County law enforcement at 10 a.m. Friday. No further details were provided.

A Grant Avenue caller reported Friday at 1:51 p.m. a pickup window that was broken out, and officers investigated.

A Montana Highway Patrol trooper requested Friday at 3:21 p.m. that an officer speak to someone at a 5th Avenue business about found drug paraphernalia. Officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a complaint made Friday at 4:35 p.m. at the police station.

After receiving a complaint Friday at 5:33 p.m. about a man violating a protective order, officers issued summonses to Scott Edward Dion, 56, of Havre on charges of violation of protective order and criminal contempt.

A caller at a 1st Street establishment reported Friday at 10:51 p.m. trouble with a customer hopping over the bar, responding officers arrested Brett Alan Southworth, 29, of Havre on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt.

A caller at a 1st Street West business reported Friday at 10:49 p.m. corn syrup had been poured on his vehicle, and officers investigated the incident.

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Saturday at 1:02 a.m., officers served a Justice or City court warrant on Matthew Allen Bell, 31, of Havre.

Officers responding to a call from a 1st Street business Saturday at 4:33 a.m. about a man sitting outside the building for 20 minutes arrested Matthew Allen Bell, 31 of Havre, on a Justice and City court warrant.

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 6:45 a.m. from a 1st Street Northeast apartment complex that a man was passed out in the hallway. Officers arrested Wayne Edwin Healy Jr., 24 of Harlem, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Joseph Thomas Doney, 39, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Saturday at 8:01 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Officers, responding to a disturbance reported from a 1st Street establishment Saturday at 9:02 p.m., arrested Michael Dean Cochran, 42, of Billings on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property.

Officers were called to a 3rd Street residence Saturday at 9:10 p.m. to investigate the house having been egged.

A "big brawl in the middle of the street" was reported from a 1st Street West establishment Sunday at 1:54 a.m., and responding officers arrested Sheronda Anne Healy, 41, of Havre on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and Ryan Devris Haas, 32, of Havre on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers were called to a domestic disturbance at 2:50 a.m. Sunday at a 15th Avenue residence where, it was reported, the husband was intoxicated and had broken into the residence. Andrew Eugene Earll, 26, of Havre was arrested on charged of violation of conditions of release. Another arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

After a disturbance was reported, by a man saying his girlfriend punched him, on 11th Street Sunday at 9:22 a.m., responding officers arrested Tricia Ann Buie, 27, on charges of partner or family member assault and probation violation.

During a motor vehicle stop on Beaver Creek Boulevard Sunday at 12;49 p.m., officers issued a summons to Jared Nicholas Hofeldt, 30, of Havre for driving without a driver's license.

Sunday at 2:44 p.m., officers were called to a 1st Street apartment for a disturbance in which the caller said a man tried to choke the caller's friend. Officers arrested Martin Ray Harris, 48, of Havre on charges of assault with minor injuries and criminal contempt.

After a 2nd Street caller requested Sunday at 4:08 p.m. police remove her reportedly intoxicated sister from the residence, responding officers arrested Larae Ann Sunchild, 32, of Havre on two charges of partner or family member assault and a charge of criminal contempt.

Officers, called to a 1st Street business parking lot Sunday at 9:41 p.m. where the caller reported being punched by a man, arrested Jacob James Bauer, 31, of Havre on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Investigating officers were called today at 12:10 a.m. to a 4th Street location where the caller reported a man was repeatedly driving by.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Friday at 6:53 p.m. deputies investigated a motor vehicle crash between Rudyard and Inverness.

Deputies investigated a Juvenile status offense reported from 4th street North Friday at 11:02 p.m.

Deputies served a Justice or City court warrant to Jaylan Ishmal Dewight Davis, 18 of Havre, at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 11:38 p.m.

Deputies were called Saturday at 3:44 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity. The caller reported a car was parked alongside U.S. Highway 87 and a man with a bloody face was yelling for help. Deputies arrested Ignatius James Buffalo, 32, of Browning was arrested on a charge of assault and Thomas Pete Harwood, 24, of Browning was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and without a driver's license.

After a caller reported a disturbance at 9:11 p.m. Saturday at East End Colony, deputies arrested Daniel Jake Waldner, 30, of Havre on a charge of partner or family member assault.

While performing traffic control on Main Street in Box Elder at 10:15 p.m. Sunday, deputies arrested Julia Viola Whitehorse, 37, of Box Elder for a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, operating a vehicle without valid registration and driving without insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Havre Fire Depertment

Emergency medical personnel responded to 10 calls over the weekend. Fire crews responded to a fire call Friday that only required an investigation and two calls Saturday — one for a self-cleaning oven and one for a toaster that caught on fire — neither incident required action on-scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a female tan and white mix-breed puppy, a male brown, white and tan heeler-mix, a male black Labrador-mix, a female brown, black and white mix-breed puppy, a male black and white heeler-mix, and a male gray cat.

Births

A girl was born Feb. 27, 2014, to Jillie and Marcus Pattison of Havre.
