A three-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officer responded to a 12:40 p.m. Friday call from 7th Street and 6th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 1:19 p.m. Friday complaint at the police department about the complainant’s boyfriend hitting her in the face and breaking her glasses.

Martin Ray Harris, 48, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 4:19 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West establishment.

———

Carol Ann Wood, 47, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 4:22 p.m. from a 1st Street business about a female shoplifter.

Officers investigated a 10:24 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Avenue about a traffic barricade that was stolen.

Benjamin John Richmond, 33, of Havre and Darrin Kent Torgerson, 41, of Havre were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street establishment about a fight.

Officers investigated a 1:11 a.m. Saturday call to the police department about someone following the complainant.

Officers investigated a 1:19 a.m. Saturday to the police department about someone keying the complainant’s vehicle.

———

Officers investigated a 9:24 a.m. Saturday call from 4th Street about items stolen from the calling party’s pickup truck the week before.

———

Juanita Sue Head, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Justine Philomene Bauer, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after a 10:56 a.m. call Sunday from 1st Avenue.

Officers investigated a 1:07 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue about a vehicle that was egged.

———

Officers investigated a 3:26 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about the complainant’s purse being stolen from her car while she was in jail.

———

Adrian Shawl, 22, of Harlem was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 4:23 a.m. Sunday call from a university student housing building about neighbors who were yelling.

———

Officers investigated an 8:33 a.m. Sunday call from 3rd Street about someone slashing the calling party’s tires.

———

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle accident was investigated after officers responded to a 12:02 p.m. Sunday call from 6th Avenue and 4th Street.

———

Officers investigated a 1:53 p.m. Sunday call from 10th Street about the calling party’s neighbor hitting another neighbor’s fence with their car.

———

A 17-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after officers responded to an 11:50 p.m. Sunday call from 14th Place West about the calling party’s daughter sneaking out of her window.

———

Jeffrey Spencer Stacy, 39, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:01 a.m. today on Boulevard Avenue.

———

Two arrests were made after officers responded to a 4:11 a.m. call today from 1st Street Northeast. The police log says the report is not finished yet.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 2:58 p.m. Saturday call from County Road 100 South about a phone scam about receiving $1 million in exchange for a Walmart money card.

Deputies investigated a 5:08 p.m. Saturday call from the Wahkpa Chu’gn Buffalo Jump about someone taking a vehicle out of a shed and driving it.

Deputies investigated a 4:15 p.m. Sunday call from the Great Northern Fairgrounds about a vehicle theft report.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, two calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and two calls this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 100 Block of 3rd Street at 9:09 a.m. Sunday to address a gas odor leak on one the heaters on the roof.

Why hasn't there been a news story about the Carol Ann Woods shoplifting incident? The same Carol Ann Bachini Wood that is our local elected Democrat hill County public administrator and Democrat central committee power house?
