"The Lieutenant of Inishmore," a Montana Actors' Theatre dark comedy production, will be showing at 8 p.m. Doors and Back Stage Lounge open at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors, and free for MSU-Northern students with a current ID.

Saturday, May 30

Poker Run for Montana Wounded Warriors, sponsored by Eagle Riders, will begin with registration at 9:30 a.m. at Havre Eagles Club. The route goes to Fort Benton, Chester and back to Havre with six stops. Cost to enter is $25 and the fundraiser includes cash prizes, 50/50 drawings, silent auction, breakfast, dinner and a street dance. Call 399-0632 for more information.

Sunday, May 31

Walk for Williams will begin with registration at 2:30 p.m. and the walk at 4 p.m. at Town Square. The fundraiser, to honor William's Syndrome Awareness Month, will include a barbecue, facepainting, lawn games, music and more for the whole family. Tuesday, June 2

Fossil Festival meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Boxcars. Anyone interested in helping with this Labor Day weekend event is encouraged to attend. For more information, call Margie at 265-7721.

The Hi-Line Quilt Guild meets the first Tuesday of the month at the Holiday Village Mall Community Center at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, June 3

Author and historian Frank Spragg will be discussing his book “Two Moments of Glory,” about basketball and small town Montana life, at the Havre-Hill County Library at 7 p.m. Spragg will have some books on sale, but the event is free and open to public.

Books and Babies is at 10:15 a.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Story Time is at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. The event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Thursday, June 4

Lego Time and Robotics will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 265-2123.

Friday, June 5

Pachyderm Club will meet at noon at the Duck Inn Vineyard Room. Guest speaker will be Denise Ladenburg of Independence Bank talking about elder fraud abuse. The public is welcome to attend this no-host lunch.

Saturday, June 6

Living History at Havre Beneath the Streets will have tours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with special rates and some live-action displays to celebrate this event. Reservations are recommended by calling 265-8888.

P.E.O. Chapter AZ Bake Sale fundraiser for scholarships will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Havre Beneath the Streets office at 120 3rd Ave. All proceeds go toward local scholarships. For more information, call Alison Hecker at 265-4610.

I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.
