School board voting opens, closes today

Voting for the Havre Public School District Board of Trustees will continue through 8 p.m today at the Havre High School.

Residents within the boundaries of the school district will be given a chance to vote for three of five candidates for three-year positions on the board of trustees.

Ericka Everly, Timothy Scheele, Bobbi Teasley and incumbents Curtis Smeby and Cindy Erickson are running for the three positions.

Those who win the election will be sworn in at a special school board meeting at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 13.
