Havre Police Department

Curtis Pete Onco III, 41, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:05 a.m. Friday at the police station.

A 17-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after an officers initiated an investigation at 11:45 a.m. Friday behind a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated an 11:49 a.m. Friday call from 19th Avenue Northeast about a trailer on fire.

Officers investigated an 11:57 a.m. Friday complaint at the police station about someone who filed for unemployment in the reporting party’s name.

Officers investigated a 2:44 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a found backpack.

———

Officers investigated a 4:49 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a gas drive off of $40.07.

Frank James Saddler, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated at 6:43 p.m. Friday a pregnant woman who had fallen and needed assistance getting up.

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to her at 3:41 p.m. Saturday at 1st Street Northeast.

Timothy William Mahns, 43, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after officers responded to a 5:25 p.m. Saturday call about a man drinking when he was not supposed to.

Seth Kirklin, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers served a warrant at 7:17 p.m. Saturday on 3rd Street.

Victor Edward King, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 1:18 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Avenue about domestic violence between two women and a man.

A 14-year-old Havre boy and a 16-year-old Havre boy were issued summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:43 a.m. Sunday on 11th Avenue.

Officers responded to a 2:30 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about vandalism on the backside of the building.

Robin Ringer, 25, of Whitefish was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after officers responded to a 10:09 p.m. Sunday call from the Amtrak station about a man who needed to be taken off the train for smoking marijuana.

———

Emmet Lance Windyboy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 4:12 a.m. call this morning from 10th Street West about a man the calling party wanted removed from her residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Phillip Leaveil Gray, 32, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance, violation of conditions of release and on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 12:04 a.m. Saturday on the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 2.

Lisa Leanne Cole, 41, of Hingham was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after deputies responded to a 12:56 p.m. Saturday call from 6th Avenue in Hingham about the calling party saying his daughter was bitten by a yellow Labrador.

Deputies investigated a 1:19 a.m Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a Samsung S5 telephone that was stolen out of a work truck.

Kaylen Marie Ball, 20, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:42 a.m. Sunday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Henry Curtis Eagleman, 29, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after turning himself in at the Hill County Detention Center at 4:21 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, one call Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 200 Block of 19th Avenue Northeast at 11:49 a.m. Friday to put out a fire that was caused by kids playing with a lighter. The trailer it was started in was destroyed, causing around $15,000 in damages to the structure and $10,000 in possessions.

Animal Shelter

A male black Labrador mix was placed in the shelter June 4, a brown and white male mix-breed puppy June 7, a black male mix-breed dog June 13 and a tan female terrier June 13.
