Officers responded to an 9:52 a.m. Monday call from 3rd Avenue about a possible identity theft.

Eleven Rae Lewis, 38, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and criminal contempt after an officer initiated an investigation at 12:01 p.m. Monday on 2nd Street.

Avery Joseph Christianson, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and assault after officers responded to a 9:20 p.m. Monday call from 11th Street about the calling party’s boyfriend assaulting her.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:35 a.m. Monday call from Shambo Road about a possible identify theft.

Deputies investigated a 10:18 a.m. Monday call from Timbercreek Village about a fraud.

David Maurice Dahlin, 41, of Harlem was arrested on a state District Court warrant after he turned himself in at the Hill County Detention Center at 2:32 p.m. Monday.

Deputies investigated a 5:27 p.m. Monday call from Oakwood Village in Havre about a woman who reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.
