Havre Police Department

An officer took a dog to the Havre Animal Shelter after a caller from 3rd Street reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday that two dogs were trying to attack a child.

Officers investigated a report made at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday made from Monroe Avenue that the caller had found a set of keys, a house key and a black Chevrolet vehicle key, on a green caribeener.

An officer arrested Jason Richard Delorme of Havre, 33, on a state District Court warrant at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday at a 9th Avenue location.

Officers issued a warning after a caller from Monroe Avenue reported at 9:34 p.m. Tuesday that the caller’s neighbors were playing music loudly.

Officers searched for but were unable to locate a man with a warrant out for his arrest after a caller from a 1st Street hotel reported at 11:32 p.m. Tuesday the man was at that hotel.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy arrested Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 37, on charges of shoplifting and violating conditions of release after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter was in custody at that store.

A deputy arrested Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 20, on a charge of contempt of court at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

A deputy investigated a report made from Rudyard at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday that the calling party’s car window had a bullet hole in it.

———

A call made from Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation at 6:36 p.m. Tuesday reporting a dog biting a woman was referred to the Rocky Boy Police Department.

Havre Fire Department

Havre emergency medical technicians responded to three medical calls Tuesday.

The shelter this morning held a male black and white pit bull mixed-breed dog placed there June 27, a male black Labrador retreiver placed there July 4 and a male black cat placed there July 20.
