Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:09 a.m. Wednesday call from U.S. Highway 2 East about a window that was shot out by a BB gun.

Officers investigated a 9:35 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street West business about a door on a vehicle that had been kicked in.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to an 11:41 a.m. Wednesday call from 3rd Avenue.

———

Three people were arrested after officers responded to a 2:31 p.m. Wednesday call from 7th Avenue about kids writing on picnic tables and structures with markers. No other information was given.

Someone was arrested after an officer served a warrant at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday at the police station. No other information was given.

Erin Dawn Broncho, 25, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Carol Jean Duran, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday on Boulevard Avenue.

Officers investigated a 9:01 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street about a vehicle window that was broken out.

A 16-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 1:01 a.m. call about the calling party getting into a physical argument with her boyfriend and before he left the residence.

Adam Phillip Jensen, 29, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1:52 a.m. call this morning from a 1st Street establishment about a fist fight in the bar.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 4:44 p.m. Wednesday call from the Great Northern Fairgrounds about a stolen cellphone.

Deputies investigated a 3:57 a.m. call this morning from County Road 100 South about a man and woman who were in an altercation, and the calling party was worried about the woman’s safety, who had left the scene.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and three calls this morning.

Firefighters were called to Hidden Valley Drive at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday to investigate an odor that turned out to be sewer.

———

Firefighters were called to City Road 639 at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday to put out a grass fire that appeared to have been cause by fireworks.

———

Firefighters were called to the same location on Hidden Valley Drive at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday to bring a fan to ventilate the area to help get rid of some of the odor.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male pit bull-mix was placed in the shelter June 27, a black male cat July 20, a gray, brown and white male pit bull-mix July 27 and a gray and black female cat July 29.
