Francis Ralph Amos Jr., 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served it to him at 7:03 a.m. Friday at the police station.

Samuel Alexander St. Marks, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show at the police station at 8:14 a.m. Friday.

Joshua James Frederick Nimmick, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show at the police station at 8:18 a.m. Friday.

Officers investigated an 8:42 a.m. Friday call from 10th Street about a Honda transfer pump being stolen off the calling party’s fifth wheel.

Officers investigated a 10:37 a.m. Friday call from 9th Street about medications and a vehicle stolen.

———

Officers investigated a 2:09 p.m. Friday call from 7th Avenue about the calling party’s daughter taking her vehicle the night before to give her friend a ride and not returning.

Frank John Benjamin, 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:57 p.m. Friday on 11th Street West.

Officers investigated a 5:14 p.m. Friday complaint at the police station about a man stalking the complainant through Facebook and refusing to stop calling her.

Robert Roy Milligan, 55, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, driving under the influence, tail light violation, careless driving, disorderly conduct and probation violation after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:55 p.m. Friday on 1st Street.

Stephanie Lynn Collins, 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to her at 10:28 p.m. Friday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 1:18 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street Northeast about a stolen bike.

Officers investigated a 2:36 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about stolen prescription medications.

Tyson Keith Eagleman, 26, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of trespassing, obstructing a peace officer and making false reports to law enforcement authorities after officers responded to a 4:43 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party’s brother-in-law threatening to bust down her apartment door and set the place on fire.

Casey Owen Mummey, 33, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after officers served it to him at 6:36 p.m. Saturday on Smithville Road.

James Tino White Jr., 21, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt, Coby Michael Abbot, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, Morgan Violet Longfox, 22, of Harlem was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and unlawful transactions with children and a 16-year-old Hays girl was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer and purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers responded to a 7:48 p.m. Saturday call from 13th Street West in which a woman said someone was trying to hit her.

Anthony Demetrius Humphrey, 26, of Billings was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order after officers investigated an 8:31 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station.

Jordan Cole Hofland, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and a 17-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver’s license and probation violation after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 6th Street at 2:22 p.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a 2:44 p.m. Sunday call from 16th Street West about the calling party being bit by a dog while delivering pizza.

Timothy Lee Dennis, 31, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with no driver’s license, no insurance and a child restraint violation and Matthew Isaiah Baer, 29, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:24 p.m. Sunday on Montana Avenue.

David Moreno, 40, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with no insurance and speeding after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 5:57 p.m. Sunday on 13th Street West.

Officers investigated a 10:22 p.m. Sunday call from Smithville Road about the theft of pills and a wallet.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested on a pick up and hold order after an officer assisted another agency on 1st Street at 10:39 p.m. Sunday.

Deena Marie James, 27, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:07 p.m. Sunday on Smithville Road.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jett Jones, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a deputy investigated a disturbance at 5:25 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 87 two miles north of Box Elder.

David Taylor Eagleman, 54, of Havre was arrested on a charge of assault after deputies assisted the Havre police at 4:58 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

———

Robert Manuel Arellano, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after deputies assisted the Havre Police Department at 8:07 p.m. Saturday on 1st Street Northeast.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, four calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 5100 Block of County Road 830 Northwest at 10:51 p.m. Saturday to put out a mobile home fire. Three engines and seven firefighters responded to the fire, which had completely engulfed the mobile home. The fire caused a total loss of the home. The cause is still being investigated.
