Justine Philomene Bauer, 23, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an officer served it to her at 8:36 a.m. Friday on 3rd Street.

Samuel Clearance Wells, 57, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 8:46 a.m. Friday at a 3rd Street business.

Darrell David Gardipee Jr., 42, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant, Jodi Marie Werk, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a pick up and hold order and Justice or City court warrant and Jeffrey Michael Leo, 42, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a state District Court warrant after an officer served a warrant at 9:16 a.m. Friday on 2nd Street Northeast.

Clarissa Dawn Stops, 24, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance and failure to back up safely after officers responded to a 2:08 p.m. Friday call from from 1st Street and 5th Avenue about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a gray Chevrolet and a blue Cadillac.

Jacob James Bauer, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers investigated a 2:37 p.m. Friday complaint at the police station about a man in the lobby on conditions of suspended sentence who smelled of alcohol.

Raven Thunder Morsette, 35, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after officers assisted another agency at 4:11 p.m. Friday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated an 8:55 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive off of $38.94 by a silver Ford Taurus.

Bruce Harold Sunchild, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after officers responded to a 10:17 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West establishment about a man in a maroon quad trying to sell the calling party drugs.

Christina Mary Converse, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of theft and criminal contempt after officers responded to a 12:38 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a woman stealing two tall boy beers.

Officers investigated a 2:30 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a couple leaving without paying their bill of $22.80.

Officers investigated a 9:37 a.m. Sunday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s husband having the car while she needed it.

Officers investigated a 3:06 p.m .Sunday call from a 1st Street business about the theft of a purse.

A two-vehicle motor vehicle crash between a truck pulling a boat and a Mercedes Topaz was investigated after officers responded to a 3:57 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 3:59 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Street about the calling party wanting to speak to an officer about his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Keionna Marie Frederick, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 5:33 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street West about how Frederick wanted a woman removed from the residence.

Someone was issued a summons after officers responded to a 6:10 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a female shoplifter. No other information was given.

Someone was issued a summons after officer investigated a 10:46 p.m. Sunday call from 10th Street West about the calling party’s 16-year-old daughter taking off.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:58 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about the theft of power tools.

Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 27, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 11:49 p.m. Saturday at Second Lake in Beaver Creek Park.

Deputies investigated a 5:01 p.m. Sunday call from a Box Elder establishment about the calling party stating a woman was robbed of her purse while she was coming out of the bar.

Fernando Herminio Bautista, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a deputy investigated a 6:51 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday and eight calls Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 1400 Block of 2nd Street at 8:14 Thursday to address a smoke detector that was set off by materials in a clothes drier.

——

Firefighters were called to the 1900 Block of Highway 2 Northwest at 2:45 Friday 5th to address a gas odor. They, nor NorthWestern Energy, found anything and it was estimated the odor came from a nearby car dealership.

——

Firefighters were call to the 100 Block of 5th Avenue at 2 p.m. Saturday to put out a fire in the engine compartment of a school bus that was caused by a hydraulic lead spraying fluid on a hot motor.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of 1st Street West at 4:16 p.m. Sunday to put out a small grass fire that was caused by arcing power lines.
